Common questions
Will customers hold me to the online price?
No. Every estimate is shown as a "from" price or a range, and the page says clearly that the final price is confirmed at survey. You choose which items are priced online and which are always priced at survey.
Does it work with my existing website?
Yes. It runs on its own address (for example quote.yoursite.co.uk) and drops into WordPress, Wix, Squarespace and most other builders with a two-line embed code. It resizes itself to fit.
Where do the leads go?
Wherever you work: email, Brevo, HubSpot, a Google Sheet or a text message. Each lead includes the customer's details, their postcode, the estimate and every item they chose.
How do I change my prices?
Your prices live in a Google Sheet you can edit. When you're ready, tell us. We check the changes and publish them for you.
