This policy explains how Visible Companies ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use this website or our services.

- Basic technical data (such as browser type and pages visited) if analytics are enabled on this site.
How we use it

- To respond to enquiries and provide customer support.
- To send you information directly related to a service you've requested or purchased.
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Who we share it with
We may use trusted third-party tools to run this business, such as email/CRM providers and automation tools, solely to deliver our services to you. We do not share your data with anyone for their own marketing purposes.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and order data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, meet legal/accounting obligations, and resolve any disputes, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or request a copy of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact support@visiblecompanies.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Cookies
This site and our Instant Estimator demo site (demo.visiblecompanies.co.uk) ask for your permission before setting any cookies that aren't strictly necessary. If you click Accept, we use Google Analytics to see how the sites are used and the Meta Pixel to measure our Facebook and Instagram adverts, including whether an advert led to an enquiry through our contact form. Google and Meta process that data as described in their own privacy policies. If you click Reject, neither is loaded. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of each page.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date.
